Our College Campuses Are No Longer Safe!
Almost every day I hear on the news that another college student has been attacked. Recently a woman had been attacked just outside her dorm when she stepped outside the door to get better reception on her cell phone. Fortunately she was able to get away to tell the tale. Others are not so fortunate. Students need to be aware of their surrounding and take the utmost care when going out. Don't walk or jog alone at night. Always let someone know where you be be going. Carry a personal alarm and have it available when you do go out. Keep a pepper spray or a small stun gun in your pocket or purse where it will be readily available.
